AIL Group renovates heritage building for new office
The AIL Group of Companies recently completed an extensive renovation of a Sackville, New Brunswick heritage building to serve as our new corporate office.
Built as the N.B. Telephone Co. Ltd. exchange in 1924, the building is an excellent example of Beaux, Prairie, and Early Art Deco architectural styles with camber-top windows, tapestry brick and olive freestone accents.
With our commitment to maintaining the historic integrity, 32 York Street underwent a complete renovation, with new mechanical systems, Fibre Op communications and a state-of-the art boardroom with “smart board” technology. On April 19, it became home to The AIL Group’s executive team, including Finance, Research and Innovation, Marketing, and AIL International.
